Hey, I'm back, have been home for just over an hour and a half.  My is currently spinning, I think its about to fly off.  I will post coherent stuff tommorrow when I have actually slept, and you know I can see :)

The things I'll do for Jared and my Squee. Thank God Becky flew with me to Dallas. I usually cry at take-off.

Today I made the CandyFace pic my wallpaper at work. Makes me so happy to look at it.

Um, yeah, I would love to go back to Europe but I think once was enough for me because of the flight. You never know, though. However we do it, though, I definitely want us to do it again (and again!).

Aww that must make an awesome wallpaper, I cant change my work wallpaper anymore, I did have a lovely Jensen Asylum 07 wallpaper but they changed the settings so I have this boring blue wallpaper I cant get rid of :(

We NEED To do it again, totally have to organise something.

Now that is INSANE. I mean I thought I had the strictest computer policy in the whole wide world. There are sites I need to get to for my JOB that are blocked, so you can forget about LJ and all fun stuff. But at least I can change my wallpaper. Wow. Don't let people be happy at work. That would be so counter productive.

Sorry, I tend to rant when the subject of work internet policies come up.

I know, it sucks so much, I can at least get LJ during my lunch hour and check my emails but thats only a recent thing as my boss came up with some rubbish excuse as to why I need Internet access.

Yeah we have so many stupid rules, some are sensible as its a nuclear power station. There was talk about not allowing us to wear Jewelery as its a safety hazard :( I already have to wear an unsightly hi-viz vest thats more than enough thanks.

Rant away dear, work can be so annoying at times.

At my last job I could access ANYTHING so it's been a huge adjustment for me to not be able to even check my email during the day. We had to fight to get access to Wikipedia!

Hee! It sounds so funny when you say basically, "Well, it is a nuclear power station. I guess we should be careful." But yeah, I just think that so many people are afraid of the internet that they have this knee-jerk reaction and completely restrict access when I believe that minimal surfing makes me more productive. It gives me a little mental break and lets me keep up with my family and friends while I'm at work. Is that so wrong? I work to live, not the other way around.

Yeah I completely agree with you, I try not to spend to long on the net at work everyday, I like being able to check my emails during the day, mostly to see if I have any comments lol. I cant access things like ebay or amazon which is probably just as well.

We have had instances at work where guys spend all there time looking at porn, there is no way I could read slash at work , would make me far too nervous. Its very useful when booking trips though, I booked my train and Glasgow hotel for my trip not so long ago, can i book something else now please :(

Ha! Apparently that was the problem where I work now. It happened before I got here but I guess a few people were surfing porn at work. That's fucked up. And I hate them for ruining it for all of us. Surf Responsibly for Fuck's Sake!

Aw, I just booked a flight home to Florida for September. Heartbreaking really, as it's the same weekend Jared will be in Florida. A mere 3 hour drive from my parent's house. But, much as it may not seem so at times, I actually do love my family more than Jared Padalecki. I'm sure he'd understand.

Yeah totally, I don't know what they think people are going to get up to on the net at work, they block shopping sites but yet people can obviously access things like porn, doesn't make sense?

Family can be such a pain sometimes *g* but Jared being Jared I am sure he will understand.
