angelnetgirlMan I’m bored, bored, bored. I seriously need something to do or I will go out of my mind, why can’t I get internet access or something at work, that would keep me busy :) but no doubt half my sites would be blocked.
I have successfully managed to hook my brother on Supernatural mmmwwwwhhhaaa (evil genius laugh). He came down about tea time yesterday and said he better give me my DVD back to which I asked had he watched the rest of it, and he was wasn’t sure it was his thing, see I can get that cause Wendigo isn’t my fav episode but I told him he should really watch 3 – Dead in the Water and 4 – Phantom Traveller to give it a proper chance, knowing that he would then be hooked. He came down later and told me I was right and he would watch the rest of the episodes. He now has up to episode 11 and I told him he can get the rest of the season when he’s ready, that once he managed to pry it from my grip.
He likes Deans taste in music seeing as he is a former metal head and the car (Oh Metallicar we love you). He really liked episode 4 which is good because well that’s a favourite of mines. Wonder what he will think of the reason of the season. Now who can I turn my new power on, fingers crossed for everyone on my flist still waiting for there DVDs, I hope they come today dears.
I was bad last night, I *shock* didn’t do any course work, just after tea my lot decided they would take the dogs out for another walk, leaving me to my own devices *yeah* in the house so I pretty much played with the laptop from about 18:00 till *cough* 12:30 :) watching bits of TV in between times. So I got in my quota of Wincest and RPS, grabbed some new vids and stared at the pretty icons on my flist.
I of course watched Smallville and Lex/Lana is way hotter than it should be, I think I could ship them, they are really cute together and did anyone see Mikes arm, god he looks muscled, he actually looked really good in the scrubs, I think I have been reading too much WB RPS as my fondness is growing. Tom looked really young without the CW facial hair. I still can’t get behind Clark/Lois as I don’t really like her that much. I’d rather see Clark with Chloe, I still don’t know why I watch it most weeks and my brother has been asking me the same thing, it’s a tad confusing after 5 years, but then again I never found Buffy confusing after 7 years so maybe it’s just Smallville.
I watched Top Gear again last night and it is just as funny the second time around. I also managed to catch part of a Lee Evans performance, just looking at him makes me laugh. It was brilliantly funny as always.
On to my favourite subject Supernatural, I watched Home once I managed to drag myself away from the computer. I adore this episode, so much angst and Missouri is the best guest character ever, I love how she puts Dean in his place and Sam face every time is a picture.
This episode really breaks my heart and I just want to cuddle the boys by the end of it, especially Dean always trying to keep it together when he is so broken inside. When Mary appears always gives me the tingles and I always want to cry by the end.
Best scene without a doubt is Dean saving Sam from the light cord, the way he clings to him after he has untangled Sam *bless* and Dean telling Sam he carried him out of the fire, always looking out for Sammy from day 1. I remember the first time I watched the episode and the shock of seeing Daddy Winchester at the end.
The comment about why Sam couldn’t sense his own father always intrigues me, does it mean that as Mary’s spirit was still in the house that she was always there watching over her family, and saying sorry to Sam could cover sooo many things, sorry for the life they had to lead, sorry she had to leave him, sorry he now has this power, I could go on but I would probably end up in the Wincest realm. There could be soo many hidden clues in this episode but I guess I will just have to be patient till September to find out for sure :(
I’m really proud, I haven’t watched any of Big Brother at all and I plan to keep it that way, there such a bunch of freaks. My X-Files and Smallville DVDs have come, I will have so much fun watching thoses, especially Smallville *sigh* more Jensen Ackles to drool over.
